Steel Drum Blank Cutting and Stacking Equipment
ANTE supplies steel drum blank cutting and stacking equipment for producing accurately sized drum body sheets from leveled steel material. The system combines servo-controlled length positioning, precision shearing, sheet conveying, automatic squaring and orderly stacking.
It is designed for 200L, 210L and 55-gallon steel drum production lines using cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel or aluminized steel sheets. The machines can be supplied individually for an existing line upgrade or integrated into a complete steel drum cut to length line.

| Automatic Sheet Stacking and Squaring System |
The automatic coil stacking and squaring system receives the cut steel sheets and aligns them into a uniform stack. Pneumatic squaring devices position the sheets from multiple sides, while the stacking platform lowers gradually as the stack height increases. This reduces manual sheet handling and prepares the blanks for transfer to the next production stage. |

Steel Drum Blank Cutting and Stacking Process
The standard production sequence is:
Leveled Sheet Feeding → Servo Length Positioning → Precision Shearing → Sheet Conveying → Pneumatic Squaring → Automatic Stacking
After the steel strip has been uncoiled and leveled, the servo feeding unit moves the material forward according to the required drum body blank length.
The shearing machine then cuts the sheet. Each finished blank is transferred to the stacking section, aligned from multiple directions and placed into an orderly stack for subsequent drum body forming.
